The gifting process is often time consuming and stressful, and gift givers rarely know if the recipient already has or would like their idea. So how could we create a meaningful way for people to give and receive gifts based on what they need and want?
My team and I created a native concept app, Sentiment, to help address these issues around giving and receiving gifts.

Mid Fidelity Version
❌ No reminders for upcoming special events.
❌ General shopping is prioritized over who and why.

✅ Upcoming gifting occasions put front and center
✅ Added a scrollable friends list for quick navigation
✅ Footer gives indication of place on site.
✅ Sentiment logo added for app recognition
Mid Fidelity Version
❌ The "About (Name)" was not a sufficient CTA
❌ There is no way for users to prioritize their relationship to other users.
High Fidelity Version
✅ Changed the "About" Section to include some of the user information to encourage more engagement.
✅ Added a heart button to top right of profile in indicate a prioritized relationship.
Mid Fidelity Version
❌ Prompts to choose the number of people and date is too
early in booking process.
❌ The button colors and positioning makes the "Add to
Cart" button more prominent than the "Group Gift" option.
❌ How will this trip be booked? What am I booking?
High Fidelity Version
✅ Moved the number and date prompts to the Group gift purchase page.
✅. Group gift button moved to top right of button grid and darkened for more prominence.
✅ Changed button taxonomy to link directly to partner sites for easier checkout process.
